Boat rules
- • All confirmed bookings are final and non-changeable.
- • 50% refund up to 30 days before charter date, as long as the client pays 100% upfront. No refund if client pays 50% deposit. No refund for no-shows.
- • Passport/Government-Issued ID and credit card of the person who paid for the reservation are required before boarding.
- • Should weather and/or other unforeseen matters not permit safe charter conditions, We will reschedule your charter date with no additional charges.
- • In the event that the weather is cloudy or rainy, this will not justify cancellation or refund.
- • We will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on board.
- • On the rare occasion that your reserved yacht becomes unavailable, we will gladly accommodate a similar model or upgrade to the next available boat at no additional cost.
- • The safety and well-being of our guests and crew members is our number one priority. We are always closely monitoring the guidelines from the Maritime Authorities and depending on the weather conditions, your Captain will let you know if you must return earlier.
- • If you bring your own DJ (including music equipment), Chef, or Photo/Videographer an extra fee will be charged depending on the yacht.
