I have sailed on a few boats over the years in Miami and this was the most unusual and most difficult to coordinate. Rosa does respond quickly but she does not answer all your questions. If you do ask a question, like what happens if it rains? You will get a response that doesn't exactly address the question (and, it did rain for half our boat ride). She also asked me to move my boat ride after I booked after I had another booking and then asked for more money for the booking. When I declined both, she asked for a minimum tip to be provided. I did not think Rosa was professional or fair in her interactions with me . However, my biggest concern was the lack of accurate information. An example of inaccurate information is that this boat picks up from 4 miles inland on the Miami River (not Bayside). It takes ~45 minutes to get past the river, assuming there are no large boats being towed or bridges that need to go up. During this, you'll get a great view of the industrial parts of Miami. Once on the water, you are not taken to Monument Island, Peace Picnic Island, or a sandbar, but parked in the middle of the bay with the option to sit on a foam mat. The crew of the boat are nice. Parking is terrible at the Miami River location. Unfortunately, this boat is not as advertised. Hopefully, this changes in the future. However, it is a pleasant ride when you get into the bay, but that time is limited as you have to save time for the 45 minute river ride back up to the dock.

Cannot recommend enough! We chose the Gratitude for our companies offsite. It was an amazing experience made very easy by Tom and his stewardess. Tom was super accommodating and flexible, and the boat itself is amazing. Definitely looking to rent again!

We had an amazing experience with this yacht rental! The boat was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and perfect for our party of 12. The captain and crew were fantastic, professional, friendly, and made us feel safe the entire trip.

We had some rainy weather at the beginning, but the captain was confident it would clear up, and he was right! They made the experience enjoyable despite the weather, and we ended up having a great time.

My only minor complaint has nothing to do with the boat or crew. The marina itself was much more run-down than I expected. It looked a little rough, and the walk to the boat felt somewhat unsafe. Other than that, the experience was excellent from start to finish.

Overall, I would absolutely book again and highly recommend this yacht rental!
