Cancellation Policy—
120+ days prior: Deposit is refunded, less a $300 administrative fee.
60–119 days prior: The deposit is held as a reschedule voucher on file, valid for 24 months from the date of cancellation. This must be canceled before the final balance is due and can be applied to a future charter.
30–59 days prior: 75% of the total charter fee is retained. The remaining 25% is issued as a reschedule voucher, valid for 24 months from the cancellation date.
0–29 days prior: Fully non-refundable. No credit or voucher will be issued.
Cancellation Insurance Details
Cost: $200 per charter.
Enrollment: The insurance option must be added to (or removed from) the booking before the deposit is received. The cancellation insurance fee itself is non-refundable.
Usage: Cancellation insurance can only be used once. If a charter is canceled under this policy and subsequently rebooked, the new booking is considered non-refundable and is not eligible for the purchase of additional cancellation insurance.
