This is an honest review of our experience aboard The One and Only yacht.
The staff and captain were exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive atmosphere throughout the trip. The yacht itself is stunning—far more impressive in person than in the photos.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The main bedroom was not fully prepared upon arrival, with a vacuum cleaner left on the bed and cleaning supplies, such as mops and buckets, visible in the shower. Additionally, it would be helpful to inform guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete the necessary waiver process. Unfortunately, this requirement was not communicated beforehand, and any time spent on paperwork was deducted from our scheduled sail time, with no adjustments made.
These points, if addressed, could significantly enhance the overall experience.
What a wonderful couple Kristen and boyfriend are, great fun to have onboard. Two very interesting people with great patter. polite, and respectful. Would highly recommend Kristen to any boat owner.
