This experience was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any service provider. From the very first interaction, Pedro and the team maintained a great level of customer service and very proactive communication. The booking was completely stress free and well managed. On the day, the caption and boat crew were extremely friendly and gave us an experience of a lifetime, we had so much fun! The boat is stunning and the captain helped us booked a great restaurant for lunch. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’d love to recommend this experience. Thank you for making our experience personalised and enjoyable!!

Amazing boat ride. Captain was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the history of the bay and fun facts about the water. and he let our little guy drive the boat!
This was an amazing experience for my friend’s bachelor party, the boat is beautiful and the captain and crew were super friendly and helpful! 10/10 would totally recommend!
We had a challenging experience with this customer, despite working with him on pricing and offering a discount, as well as providing complimentary balloons for a birthday celebration, he remained unappreciative and did not tip our crew. Furthermore, he booked for four people but only two showed up, late, due to an alleged sickness. While we accommodated the lateness, he requested to make up for the lost time, which we cannot do as per our policy stated on our Sailo page.
