Victor was great and quick with response time. I booked and paid for the option of 8 hours. We agreed to meet up for 12pm. The captain was great and sweet, however $670 did not match the description as it says that we will “island hop” we visited two places from 12:30 and docked back at 5:30. When I reached out to Victor he stated that the boat can only be used up to 5pm and that he will allow me to say on until 6pm. Why did he allow me to PAY for 8hours knowing that we would only be able to book it for 5 hours because according to him, the boats are only open from 9-5. So why did he allow me to pay for 8 hours knowing that I would not be able to use it for the full 8 hours. He was very dishonest and allowed me to spend money on something he knew did not make sense. I asked for a reimbursement for the 3 remaining hours that we did not use and he stated that the website says it’s open until 5pm. The point is that you did not communicate that to me when we spoke! You allowed me to book at 12pm for 8 hours knowing that I could not use it for 8 hours. Very distasteful and I’m quite upset about this experience.

We had a fabulous time on our 4th of July celebration. Chris and Holly were gracious and very respectful hosts on our charter adventure. We loved the tour of San Diego Bay. Chris choose a wonderful location to view the Big Bang. Overall, we would highly recommend them to our family and friends.
Good boat, its well kept for its age, great captain and team, professional service , we enjoyed the trip.
