Juan was very patient with a small situation we had during the booking. The system was not accepting the payment for the trip. However, Juan was very responsive and patient while correcting the issue.
Juan arrived just on time and his party was vertigo energetic and had a great time! The crew was very respectful with the captain and took good care of the boat!!
