Talisman's group were great guests--easy to communicate with and left the boat in excellent condition. They are all welcome back.

We went out of our way to adjust the time to allow for better weather and moved our next charter as well. The guests were not on time and our deckhand tried to find the guests at boarding time and had to wait for them to close out their bar tab which delayed boarding. This is not an issue for us but does cut into their time booked for the boat. The guest were upset and made it clear they would be leaving negative feedback because they felt their time on the water was shortened , however it is standard that boarding and docking time is considered in the booking of the boat. I received many messages that indicated they were upset we couldn’t extend the charter but due to their entire party not being ready and having a booking after them this was not possible.

We celebrated my daughter’s sweet 16 with friends and family, and they all had an amazing time
Too bad my daughter wasn’t feeling too well that day Special thanks to Lexi for all the help and communication for months prior to our special day.
Will definitely recommend
