The boat itself is nice, albeit a bit dated, and the crew were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that only about 10 people can be on the upper deck at once, so larger groups won't all be able to enjoy the view together.

The listing advertised a price of $2,800, but after contacting the owner we were quoted a higher base price, and several additional fees brought the total to $4,570. We knew the final price before booking, but it's worth being aware that the advertised price is not representative of what you'll ultimately pay. I would recommend confirming the full, all-in cost before committing.

Also note that while the charter is advertised as two hours, that time includes the captain's safety briefing, reviewing the boat rules, boarding your guests, and disembarking at the end. As a result, our guests were actually on the boat for about 1.5 hours at most. Given the price, this was disappointing, especially since we were not aware beforehand that the advertised charter time included these activities.

The other downside was the captain's demeanor. While the rest of the crew were great, the captain came across as rude to both the host and several guests, which put a damper on what should have been a celebratory experience.

Overall, the boat itself was enjoyable, but the difference between the advertised and actual time on the boat, along with the captain's attitude, mean I wouldn't book again.

Went out for 4 hours with James and had a great time. The boat was in great shape and very well taken care of. The initial couple of hours was a tour of the harbor area, then out to calmer waters to relax and get some sun on the floats. The boat was exactly as described and the captain was more than accommodating. Will book again soon. Thanks again, James!
