Amazing experience! Crew was amazing, very professional and accommodating to all our needs. Boat was clean and beautiful. Not a single problem. Will book again and will request same crew!
After confirming the boat about a week in advanced I did not hear back from the owner until I had to reach out to them personally. I booked the reservation for a Sunday and had to email them the Wednesday before to confirm the reservation. The owner emailed back the next day saying he had no idea about my reservation. I gave him my phone number and contact so maybe he can investigate. I waited until Saturday, the day before my reservation with no response. I had to reach out to Sailo for a potential fraud. The owner finally reach out, and we were good. On the day of the reservation everything was all good, captain and one crew mate was great except for the one crew mate who was also the bartender for us. Towards the end of our ride, he got so wasted and was acting very inappropriate to a couple of the girls. Made the girls very uncomfortable. and one was actually sexually harassed by him. The captain had to yell at him to keep him under control.
Great experience! The boat was clean and spacious. We were able to choose where we wanted to go, play our own music, and have full run of the boat. It was really like having your own boat for the day, but with an experienced captain to drive (shout-out to Captain Matt). Couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water!
We had an absolutely incredible day out on the water with Captain Matthew. He was so nice and accommodating. We couldn’t have been happier with our trip and can not wait to set sail with him again!
We had a great time on the boat. Onboarding was quick and easy, and it was a stress free ride. He and his crewmate did a great job making us feel comfortable. Front end of the boat is lovely to relax on too while you cruise around. Would recommend!
