Boat was really clean and well taken care of. Captain was great and very timely. Alejandra was attentive to our group's needs. Overall great experience!
First time booking with Captain Geoffrey and Kira and I have to say I could not have had a better experience. I booked 1/4 day for my sisters birthday and I was nervous to say the least, however Kira was extremely helpful and attentive. She was able to find an available space in the day that I needed and gave me some time to see if it would accommodate with the day’s schedule. After successfully booking the time we eagerly waited for the day. On the day of the trip Captain Geoffrey texted us an hour before our time to ensure that we were on our way which I thought was very nice and reassuring. The directions they give to you are clear and precise and we did not get lost. When we arrived at the pier we let him know that we were there and he came to greet us and take us to the boat. He was extremely friendly and easy going which was awesome. He explained to us the rules of the boat i.e do’s and don’t for the boat and safety measures. Afterward he assured us that the boat had just been cleaned throughly and let us explore everything. We hooked up the Bluetooth and played music which is always fun and enjoyed the spectacular view. He was a fun captain and amazingly took tons of great photos for us with a smile on his face. The experience was beyond enjoyable and a memorable for all of us. Would absolutely recommend to someone else if you’re interested in a fun relaxing time on the sea.
