Our boat trip was great!! Alana was SUPER nice and helpful. She made sure our cups were never empty! They both were very accommodating. The boat was very clean. My mom and the rest of our party had a blast. It was something my mom will never forget. Thanks for contributing to that. I would definitely book with them again.
Amazing time! Geoffrey was wonderful and so attentive. He took us to an amazing spot and we all had such a blast!! The boat was beautiful.
Stefania was very responsive before I actually booked. I booked the boat and asked for the extra option of the Jetskis. Responses went from 10 minutes in between to me having to send questions multiple times. The jetski company never showed up and scammed me out of $150 dollars (50 dollar deposit per jetski). The boat we rented "had problems" out of nowhere the day before my booked date. The only options were to pick another day that we had events planned for or pay an additional $200 dollars for a different boat. We agree to do the other boat which was then due to be scheduled 6 hours later than our original booking. 25 minutes before we were due to board the alternative boat I get a text stating that the captain would then not be able to pick us up at 4 either due to issues with the boat. I would avoid this owner and any of her associates at all costs. Not to be trusted at all.
