Pavel was great & very laid back. We booked it last min with no problem. We choose no captain which Pavel was totally cool with. Nice clean boat. Absolutely no complaints from my family & friends who were mostly 18 year olds. He’s boat has a great sound system & real laid back vibe. Also very affordable, one of the cheapest we found on a couple hour notice. Will definitely be using he’s service next time we visit Miami. Xoxo
Ps:also when I was bringing the boat in to park it I was having a hard time with the wind & took awhile & bumbed a wooden docking deck which Pavel stayed very calm & focused, never lost he’s cool all he cared about was everyone & the boat was ok.

In the beginning, Stefania was very communicative. Once she got my money and I asked for a location in advance it all stopped. I arrived at the address she provided, our group of 9 waiting in the blistering heat for over an hour. We were never provided with a captain phone number. After an hour I get a call from a Salio representative after an hour saying they gave me the wrong address and had difficulties with the navy and picking up people there. Fair, things happen. Our boat was originally 11am-3pm. It was then 12 and would take us another half hour to get to the new location. Once we got there there the captain and whoever was with him were extremely rude and said WE went to the wrong address which is why we were late. I then inquired about having my full 4 hours and he said "Your not getting on this boat unless you pay $850 (which contract was only $600 in person) and that we would only get it till 3 because they had another booking. (After being yelled at by Stefania and told we were to only pay $700 there and get boat till 4...which we did not. The captain and first mate were nice but did not know how to drive and the boat was disgusting. Not what we ordered and the bathroom smelled like piss. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. When I said this to Stefania she basically told me tough shit. This is the second time I have rented a boat from Salio that it has been an absolute shit show. The first time the captain said he did not have my times (even though they were confirmed) and if I wanted it I had to pay an extra $500. After a week I finally got a refund from them (That captain's name is Gerhard from South Africa btw-avoid him at all costs too) To be honest, avoid this entire website it is a sketchy scam!! I'm so pissed at my experience and I am demanding a refund for the entire trip but just hope my review saves you from booking!
