I had a group of 25 people for my husband's 35th birthday. While we made the most out of the trip, the captain was VERY rude when we were making requests. It felt like pulling teeth when we asked him to cruise around.And my husband heard him talking crap about our group as he was in the rest room.
The other girl that was on board, helping out was GREAT!!! She came and spoke to us, cause she could see we were upset. Very personable and she actually knows how to speak properly instead of having an attitude.
Overall, it was a fun experience. But the captain needs to work on his customer service skills. The boat itself is ideal for large groups who would like to party.
Both captains were superb! I'd moat definitely give them my business again!
