Elena was very nice and helpful as well as the captain and his helper. We had a good time; However, bathroom was not very clean and there was no soap at all on the boat. Water wasn't working. The boat doesn't look like the pic on the back part. There's not a place to sit.

There was communication issues. Our date and time was changed by them due to a conflict they had. Then on the day of we went to the address they sent us, but it was wrong. Then 8 of us had to walk 15 min to the new location. The new location was falling apart. We were nervous to get on the boat and how it was going to go since we didn’t have much luck getting there. The boat ride was nice and took us to an island with many other boats. We got off to a rough start but enjoyed our day on the boat.
