We had our trip booked for departure at 9:45AM and the night before at 11:15PM receive an email that the boat needs ‘maintenance’ and can we reschedule. There was no apology, respect for the inconvenience or acknowledgement of the last minute cancellation on our plans for the day. The credit card was used to withdraw the entire amount due and now I’m trying to get a refund. Communication with the Sailo rep was terrible after the trip was cancelled. Prior to the late night email the rep was accommodating and responsive. Very disappointed. Would have considered rebooking if some respect was shown toward our party of 7 and the inconvenience.

Caitlyn and her friends were perfect guests and had a great half day out on the water. We would host them again anytime.

This yacht was just like the photos. Beautiful and clean and spacious! Captain Miguel & Maya were excellent. I brought catered food and Maya set everything up beautifully for me so that I could enjoy my birthday guests. She prepared everyone’s drinks & anything we needed Captain Miguel & Maya were ready to help! Response from the owner was polite & quick. I shared pictures & video on my social media & all my friends are ready to book this yacht! I recommend to everyone!

Sara Jane and her group were a lot of fun and full of life. They were very helpful and wanted to make sure that the yacht was left as clean as possible. They all enjoyed themselves and had a great time.
