Whoever I corresponded with told me the boat was in a different place than it was in, and then wasn't responding for nearly 40 minutes at the time of departure. We ended up taking off 45 minutes late and missed a large part of the sunset we booked the tour to see. It was very frustrating!

We enjoyed our time on the boat. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. But we were very disappointed and upset that we weren't able to use the jet ski. We had an option of either using the jet ski or the slide that they would provide. The person we spoke to recommended the jet ski so we chose it. But in the end we weren't able to use because we were being penalized from the group before us. Had we known we wouldn't have been able to use the jet ski we would've gone with the slide. That was very upsetting to all of us. Other than that it was a overall a good time.
