Thee was no problem whatsoever with the renter. Could not have been better guests.
The suggestion I have is for the Sailo staff to better educate themselves on the location of the outing so the parties know what to expect from each other.
The renter needs to know about the country borders that exist in the us and british virgins, and I believe this step in particular was omitted.
