We all had a blast and captain and first mate were great. Management was very responsive in our communications before the trip.
Unfortunately there was a hiccup in the beginning of the boat trip where our start time was delayed because the captain was incorrectly told we had to pay extra for the ppl on board that exceeded 15guests when in fact it was already paid for in advance. So until management got back to him to confirm it delayed us 15-20 minutes. I assumed they’d simply adjust and bring us back 15 min later.
Unfortunately not only did they not do that, they actually brought us back 15 min early. So in essence we got short timed by 30+ minutes. Kinda annoying
But everything else was great!!
Haim and his family were great! They are welcome back anytime!
We all had a great time. This charter was confortable and perfect for a party. We were 19 people but this fits 25 perfectly. The speakers for the music were loud enough. They even had a person helping us serving the drinks etc. I recommend it!
