    There was miss communication no one told us that my whole party had to pay together, then the prices continued to change. I understand we were in your country but it would be nice if there was a break down in English for understanding. Overall I give it 3.

    Gracias por compartir tu experiencia con nosotros. Lamentamos el malentendido que se presentó respecto al tema del pago en Cholon.

    Queremos aclarar que, cuando los grupos deciden bajar a los restaurantes de la zona, nosotros no tenemos control sobre cómo estos establecimientos manejan los cobros. Por eso, es muy importante que al momento de ordenar, le indiquen directamente al restaurante cómo desean pagar (si cada persona pagará por separado o si será un solo pago grupal). Si lo prefieren, también pueden avisarle a nuestra tripulación con antelación para que podamos asistirlos y evitar confusiones.

    Agradecemos tu sugerencia sobre mejorar la comunicación en inglés, y definitivamente tomaremos eso en cuenta para facilitar la experiencia de nuestros visitantes internacionales.

    Esperamos tener el gusto de recibirlos nuevamente y brindarles una experiencia aún más satisfactoria.

    it was a pleasure to meet Mariya and her family. They were all very nice and we enjoyed a great day of sailing. I would be happy to have them back as guests anytime.
